Sr Manager - Incentive Compensation
Our client has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for a Senior Manager to contribute business partnership, insights, analysis and execution for sales and service incentives for the Americas Field Operations Division.  The division provides sales, service and technical support to the US, Canada and Latin American markets.  The Sr Manager of Americas Incentive Compensation will report to the Director of Finance for the Americas and lead a team of two senior-level analysts. 

General Details:
Location: Milford, MA
Pay: $128K-$140K, DOE

  • Lead the annual sales compensation planning and design process for the Americas
  • Influence and align with global incentive strategy, determine the key elements of each plan locally (e.g., pay mix, leverage, measures, mechanics, crediting rules)
  • Partner with sales and commercial operations leadership to develop targets and quotas across various business, service, and product lines
  • Implement sales compensation plan documents and related training programs for plan participants
  • Provide analytical support for ad hoc research and other variable pay projects as identified by management
  • Manage the compensation administration team
  • Partner with HR, IT, and finance to ensure the right systems design, data availability, and analytics to monitor program effectiveness and report to leadership
  • Drive the automation of compensation administration to reduce costs, speed up compensation processing, and increase accuracy via participation and influence in a Global project
  • 10+ years of experience in the sales compensation field in a structured corporate environment
  • Track record of delivering highly effective compensation programs
  • Experience working with executives and commercial teams
  • Experience implementing compensation tools preferred
