Sales Administrative Assistant - Full Time Opportunity
Do you want to work supporting the sales and finance teams? Do you have experience in the administrative area? A provider of fire protection systems is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join their team in Marlborough, MA as a temp to hire basis! This position has diverse responsibilities and will continue to grow.
Pay Rate: $25-30/hr.
Schedule: 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday)
Benefits: Dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off and more.

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrative Assistant:
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone and electronic communications on behalf of executive management and route incoming calls to appropriate party quickly and efficiently.
- Assist with special events planning.
- Manage work orders, packing slips and participate in inventory control.
- Coordinate new contracts for new business, processing all documentation required.
- Dealing with and applying for certificates of insurance, licenses and other job bid requirements.
- Work in Sage accounting software performing basic AP and AR functions, as well as data entry.
- Work in payroll to manage timecard entry and compliance.
Requirements of the Sales Administrative Assitant:
- 3+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Preferred 1+ year experience in payroll.
- Excellent computer skills in all MS Office and familiar with CRM
