Resource Deployment Specialist - Work From Home
The Resource Deployment Specialist will be responsible for processes for sourcing projects to partners and for managing partner capacity. This role analyzes information about the project and researches partner capabilities and availability to make sourcing decisions. 

General Details: 
  • Pay: $45-$49 per hour
  • Contract: until end of September, potential to go perm
  • Work from Home


Responsibilities:
  • Capacity Management / Slot Planning / Forecasting - Oversee partner capacity entry and reporting, update planner tool and assist with forecast
  • Launch Staffing support - Manage partner sourcing process from sales transition to partner selection, fee approval, and hand off to Operations
  • Manage change orders. Update and maintain Launch Staffing sheet and reporting
  • Post Live Support - Manage post live partner staffing process from request to partner selection and hand off to Operations
  • Leads - Manage leads from Marketplace and Salesforce. Assist with partner solicitation and manage lead tracking
  • Capacity / Staffing Smartsheet maintenance - Update partners and partner access to Smartsheet
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years working in a consulting environment
  •   The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, able to follow complex processes with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow through to ensure the right work goes to the right partner as quickly as possible.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office
