Receptionist - Hiring Now 

Do you have great customer service skills and love helping people? 
An electronic component manufacturing in Alpharetta, GA is in search of a front desk Receptionist.  Serving as a the "face" of the organization, someone with a warm and welcoming professional demeanor.  This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Hours of the Receptionist:
Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 

Pay Rate of the Receptionist:
$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all internally and externally.
  • Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls to the correct personnel.
  • Manage multiple calls simultaneously. 
  • Greet guests at the front door via the Airphone. Then, either announce the visitor to the correct employee, or call employee to greet the visitor at the door.
  • Create Welcome Kits for assigned client orders as needed.
  • Close sales orders in the Acumatica CRM and Magento website.
  • Update the Welcome Screen on the Lobby LCD screen client names and company logo for client meetings.
  • Laminating sales brochures as needed for tradeshows and marketing.
  • Notify Building Maintenance when anything in the Lobby needs attention.
Requirements of the Receptionist:
  • Associates Degree in Office Administration preferred; High School Diploma or equivalency required.
  • Experience can replace higher education requirement.
  • Must be punctual and dependable.  Excellent attendance is crucial.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills.
  • Accurate data entry and time management also critical.
