Project Manager - Hybrid Opportunity 

Leading biotech company is looking for dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join their team as a Project Manager in Milford, MA. If you are interested in managing projects and ensure their successful on-time, on-budget delivery, this temporary opportunity is for you!


Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
  • Determine project scope, timelines, tracking projects progress and measuring outcomes.
  • Lead planning and/or implementation of process improvement segment projects.
  • Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments to solve problems and implement changes.
  • Follow a defined, agreed upon project management methodology.
  • Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
  • Facilitate and coordinate meetings.
  • Document all process steps of the project assigned to.
  • Supporting the Product Manager.

Qualifications of the Project Manager:
  • 3-5 years’ experience with a background in contact/service centers
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office, Vizio, MS Project, and Smart Sheets is required
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage and communicate across boundaries, build cross-functional collaboration, and influence without direct authority.
  • Effective communication skills and time management
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to drive for / deliver results.
  • Strong leader, able to motivate people to meet their commitments.
  • Must be able to provide strong analytical data
