Job Description
Production Technician - 1st Shift
Production Technician to join team-oriented group within laboratory environment. This is an entry level position that will provide valuable exposure and training in: QC by HPLC analysis, large scale production preparation, QC of lateral flow devices, following SOP’s, and inventory management of supporting production supplies.
Shift:1st
Responsibilities of the Production Technician:
- Production of immuno-affinity matricies following. SOP’s with the expectation of product meeting final QC specifications.
- Preparation of supporting reagents for production of above matricies.
- Ordering general lab supplies.
- Shipment of bulk matricies with supporting documentation.
- QC of reagents used with IA test columns.
Qualifications of the Production Technician:
- Ability to follow detailed written SOP’s and corporate quality policies.
- Must have team player mentality and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be capable of anticipating production reagent requirements and planning ahead accordingly
- Willingness to maintain safe lab environment required and adhere to corporate EHS policies.
- Background in manufacturing or a a Science discipline, Biotechnology certificate program graduate, or equivalent professional lab experience.
