Production Auditor - Temp to Hire
A well-known medical devices manufacturer is looking to hire a Production Auditor to join their team in Oakdale, MN. This is a temp to hire position.
Pay Rate of the Production Auditor:
$28 - 40/hr

A well-known medical devices manufacturer is looking to hire a Production Auditor to join their team in Oakdale, MN. This is a temp to hire position.
Pay Rate of the Production Auditor:
$28 - 40/hr
Responsibilities of the Production Auditor:
- Using a checklist and experience, audit numerous production steps each day
- Ensure process set-ups are done correctly
- Verify process data is recorded as defined by the work instruction
- Review Design History File (DHR) content for completeness and GMP compliance
- Coach supervisors and coordinators as compliance observations are discovered
- Explain the regulations and align with work instruction requirements
- Keep records of each audit completed with observations, any coaching/verbal direction provided and summarize in a weekly report
- Each audit needs a separate checklist completed with data, operation/step number, employee name and all the information captured from the operation
- Track corrections needed with completion dates recorded and objective evidence the issue was closed
- Communicate weekly summaries/results to the leadership team highlighting positive changes as well as any which are not completed on time
- Provide a summarize view of the audit outcomes in graphical form as well as being prepared to discuss details
Qualifications of the Production Auditor:
- Experience working in manufacturing in a medical device environment
- Audit experience in a medical device setting
- Ability to capture, organize and summarize audit data
- Presenting data/information to leadership teams
- Understand manufacturing processes, GDP, and GMP
- Able to provide and help implement solutions based on findings
- • Strong analytical skills are required
- • 3-5 years of on the job experience working in an FDA regulated industry in a QA role
