Job Description

Print Production Associate The DAVIS Companies has partnered with a large organization in Louisville to help them identify production associates for their growing team.  This role is a vital part to our client' s payroll support team. In this role, you will be responsible for the weekly paycheck and paystub printing for our client' s nationwide customer base.  We' re looking for hardworking individuals with a strong attention to detail.

Job Details:
  • Part Time Hours | Tuesday and Wednesday 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM, with some Thursday hours (client is able to modify start/end times based on needs)
  • $15.00 per hour, paid weekly
  • Contract to Hire
  • Must be fully vaccinated 


Job Functions:
  • Produce and separate clients’ reports, checks and vouchers. Seal checks and validate check counts
  • Packages clients’ paychecks and vouchers along with applicable reports. Sorts packages and logs by applicable delivery service
  • Confirms successful FedEx, UPS, and courier deliveries
  • Maintains daily processing schedule and ensures all payrolls scheduled to process are accounted for and sends out end-of-day notification to start ACH processes
  • Ensures paychecks and vouchers satisfy all quality requirements and, when necessary, initiates corrective actions based on departmental operating procedures
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be comfortable standing for 8 hours per  day
  • Must be comfortable lifting up to 15 lbs
