Mechanical Designer - SolidWorks 

Join a team that for more than 60 years have been designing and building nuclear power plants. They are looking for a Mechanical Designer in the Mansfield, MA area. This is a great temporary position to grow your skills! 

6 months+ Contract
Starting mid-December

Responsibilities of the Mechanical Designer:
  • Develop engineering models and drawings for power control unit cabinets used in nuclear power plants.
  • Assist lead engineer in developing design solutions for custom cabinets.
  • Reverse-engineer existing components to create design library in SolidWorks.
  • Responsible for drawing and model database to make sure all models are correctly designed.
  Requirements of the Mechanical Designer:
  • Must have minimum of 3 years CAD design preferably using SolidWorks.
