Leading electronic component manufacturing company is currently hiring a Operations Associate located in Andover, MA. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Hours of the Manufacturing Associate:
8:30AM - 5PM
Pay Rate of the Manufacturing Associate:
$22.00/hr

Pay Rate of the Manufacturing Associate:

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Associate:
- Assist with the configuration and final test of devices
- Participate in incoming inspection of manufactured product
- Responsible for communicating with the team when quality issues arise
- Assemble and package unit to prep for shipment
- Packing and shipping
- Execute manufacturing processing steps and/or manufacturing support activities
- Organizing production and delivery schedules
- Data entry in Excel and distribution of PDFs
- Routing phone calls
- Document/Record and review data and information, following standard operating procedures
- Accurate data entry and verification using multiple systems
- Contributing to continuous quality improvement
Requirements of the Manufacturing Associate:
- Ability to take on direct or indirect leadership roles as required
- Ability to learn and take on new tasks and challenges as the company grows
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in an operational, production, or manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, including interacting with multiple systems and spreadsheets
- Experience with packaging and shipping
