Invoice Specialist

We are currently seeking an invoice specialist for a client ours in the Alpharetta  area. This is a great opportunity to join a cutting edge and growing manufacturing company!

Pay: $19hr-20hr 

Shift time: 8am-5pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing generated Sales Orders and memos ensuring accuracy of document details, tax details, commissions, freight, and financial details
  • Process and create invoice
  • Submit to customers according to the preferred method of delivery (Some customers may require submission on Ariba or Coupa for example).
  • Update warranty card information as needed
  • Prepare consolidated statements at month end

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years’ experience
  • Experience with Excel (Basic formulas)
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
