Leading biotech company is looking for a highly skilled, motivated and customer focused Inside Sales Service Representative that serve as their customer's main point of contact.
This is a temporary position with the possibility of being converted to a full-time position in Milford, MA.

Leading biotech company is looking for a highly skilled, motivated and customer focused Inside Sales Service Representative that serve as their customer's main point of contact.
This is a temporary position with the possibility of being converted to a full-time position in Milford, MA.
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Service Representative:
- Work in a team environment to drive sales growth both independently and collaboratively by providing a full range of sales and support functions across the sales cycle. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring on-time renewals at existing accounts, and prospecting for additional service plan business.
- Foster and Develop relationships with customers to ensure you understand their needs and develop a buying cycle negotiating service contracts while maximizing profits.
- Achieve team and individual performance goals as set forth by management.
- Utilize telephone and electronic communication methodologies (email, web conferencing, etc.) to communicate with internal and external customers, and progress sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM database to track sales activities, work opportunities, create quotes, etc.
- Organize and deliver succinct, pertinent team reports and business development initiative updates. This can include not only gathering data, but also interpreting it and providing insights.
- Follow established service sales processes while looking for new, innovative ways to increase success.
- Minimum of an associate’s degree or High School diploma.
- Experience in a scientific instrumentation/high tech/medical device services organization preferred.
- Polished communication skills- telephone, email, etc.
- Negotiation experience preferred.
- Experience with a CRM database.
- Intermediate level user of MS Office products, SAP, and SalesForce Preferred.
- Time management/prioritization skills.
