1st shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay Rate of the Forklift Operator - Material Handler:
$23.00 - $24.00/hr

Shift of the Forklift Operator - Material Handler:
1st shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay Rate of the Forklift Operator - Material Handler:
$23.00 - $24.00/hr
Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator - Material Handler:
- Load and unload tractor trailers and flatbeds using both overhead crane and forklift equipment.
- Deliver material to appropriate storage and point-of-use locations to support manufacturing schedules.
- Set-up and organize inventory and storage locations within the facility.
- Support kitting and material breakdown activities.
- Ensure safety and housekeeping expectations are followed
- Work with Logistics Specialist to assist with packaging and crating of finished products for shipment.

- It is the responsibility of every Rapiscan Systems employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications of the Forklift Operator - Material Handler:
- High School Diploma.
- Min 2 years of experience operating a forklift truck in a manufacturing warehouse required.
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA certification preferred).
- Large capacity Overhead Crane operation experience preferred.
- Warehousing / Inventory Control System experience preferred.
- Prior exposure to Lean manufacturing initiatives preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Will be required to follow safety guidelines and good manufacturing practices.
