A global provider of HR, payroll & workforce management wants to add a Customer Service Coordinator to their team in Lowell, MA.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:
  • Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and confidence 
  • Case / ticket creation and dispatch to proper queue 
  • Maintain high-level knowledge of extensive UKG product suite 
  • Create and distribute knowledge content, team updates and training materials 
  • Monitor customer self-ticket creation queue 
  • Assist in facilitating team escalations 
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and policies 

Requirements of the Customer Service Coordinator: 
  • 1 - 2 year's related experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Management skills.
