Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:
- Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and confidence
- Case / ticket creation and dispatch to proper queue
- Maintain high-level knowledge of extensive UKG product suite
- Create and distribute knowledge content, team updates and training materials
- Monitor customer self-ticket creation queue
- Assist in facilitating team escalations
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and policies
Requirements of the Customer Service Coordinator:
- 1 - 2 year's related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Management skills.
