Assembler - 2nd Shift

Are you looking for a new career? This is a great trainable opportunity to give you the skills to be successful in manufacturing! A global Fortune 100 manufacturing company in the Lowell area is hiring immediately Assemblers on 2nd shift. This is a temp to hire position.
 

Responsibilities of the Assembler:
  • Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic, Electro-mechanical and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. 
  • Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. 
  • Makes set-ups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. 
  • May be responsible for testing equipment and products.

Requirements of the Assembler:
  • High  School diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to learn manufacturing processes if no prior experience.
  • Must be reliable and motivated.
