Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our clients Marketing and Scientific Operations organization in Milford, MA. The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to a group of Director level leaders and their staffs.

Our client is looking for someone with a strong Administrative background who comes from a corporate environment.

General Details:
Milford, MA - Hybrid
Long Term Contract
$25-$33 per hour


Responsibilities: 
  • Manages and provides clerical and administrative support including but not limited to word-processing, presentations, data management and analysis, calendar management/scheduling, proof-reading, video/teleconferences, travel arrangements, purchasing, record keeping, filing, copying and mailing.
  • Prepares, reviews and tracks invoices as well as expense reports for specific departments and/or Director(s).
  • Acts as a liaison as well as serves as a resource person inside and outside of the company and acts to resolve intermediate level to complex problems in relation to administrative coordination responsibilities
  • Orders office supplies, covers mail room duty, handles a variety of other general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of an Associates Degree (preferred) with at least two years of experience in a corporate setting
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Requires excellent continuous team work, use of discretion, flexibility, and exemplary interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required
