Job Description

AP Coordinator
New Castle, DE
Long Term Contract (potential temp to hire)

Responsibilities:
- Manage Purchase order invoices

- Review vendor statements

- Request missing invoices

- Manage and coordinate mailed invoices and mailed checks

- Review Customer Master supporting the Customer Service Department

Qualifications:

- 1 to 2  years of experience managing purchase order invoices

- 5 years of accounting related experience 

- Detailed oriented and organized

- High level of accuracy in data entry
